The Forestville Planning Association (FPA) places a high priority on protecting your privacy. This policy explains what types of information is collected by FPA’s website, forestvillefpa.org, and how this information is used.
FPA has a series of contact forms which collects your email address and name. FPA’s Community Fund Application form, which is available for about 4-5 months of the year, collects additional information including your address and phone number strictly for the Fund.
When making donations, FPA uses PayPal. Your information is processed via secure web server using SSL encryption software. FPA does not have access to your credit card numbers. FPA will not use any of your private information including the amount you donated or what type of donation.
FPA uses Vertical Response when you sign up for email updates. You are given a chance to “opt out,” at any time in the future, if you no longer wish to receive the messages.
FPA does not provide, sell, or rent email addresses and any other personal information collected to anyone outside the organization.
FPA includes links to external websites. These links do not fall under the forestvillefpa.org domain, and the FPA is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of external websites. Your use of any linked website is solely at your own risk.
